Do you work too much?
The long hours spent in front of the computer can often lead to back pain, eye strain, and, in the worst case, Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). The best cure is prevention – make regular breaks and use them to take your eyes off the screen, do some stretches or a short walk around the office. But, immersed in your work, you often forget to rest. You need a reminder.
